Day 1

What an incredible introduction to life in Sierra Leone. Mrs Jasper and Mrs Gillies had a very busy day teaching lots of happy children.

It was lovely to see Mrs Conteh again and meet children that we recognise from the photographs.

Mrs O'Brien and Mrs Bentley (Sefton LEA) had a meeting with members of the Waterloo Partnership Reading Culture Committee. They were delighted to have received the first delivery of the books we collected. They send their heartfelt thanks!
The drive back to the hotel through Freetown was mind blowing. What an amazing experience!
